Our mission at Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill is to provide a “home-away-from-home” for families facing one of life’s greatest challenges. And over the last few months, the challenge of having an ill or injured child has certainly been amplified. 

And while operations at the House have looked different, we have remained committed to the providing the important constant of a fresh meal at the end of each day. Since the middle of march, we have not been able to welcome any of our regular meal team volunteers. Yet, families have not missed a single dinner.  

This would not have been possible without the support of the generous restaurant community, which has also been hard-hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.  

We are thankful to all of the organizations and individuals who have stepped up over the last few months to ensure that our families were never without a meal.
